Overview
TruckInc is a dispatch ERP for trucking teams. It brings the daily work of a dispatch operation into one system: dispatches, drivers, carrier sales, MC scrubbing, invoicing, attendance and payroll. Bytesinc built the platform and the website that presents it.
The ERP.
Dispatchers work from a single dashboard with the tools their day needs: dispatches, drivers, carrier sales and invoicing. Attendance, with both biometric and manual entry, and payroll live in the same system, so the back office does not have to live in spreadsheets.
MC scrubbing.
Carrier leads can be filtered by state and authority before a dispatcher makes the call, so nobody spends time on a carrier that was never going to qualify.
Roles and access.
Access is granular. Permissions are grouped by module and handed out through roles, so each person on the team sees and does only what their job needs.
The website.
We also built the TruckInc website. It has a product tour that walks through each module, plans and pricing, and an FAQ, so a trucking team can understand the product before they sign up.
How it is built.
The front end is built with Next.js and talks to a Laravel API behind it, so the product stays fast to use and straightforward to extend.
The outcome
TruckInc runs on a platform built around how a dispatch team really works, with day-to-day operations and the back office together in one system.
