Scope of services
Bytes Inc. provides digital engineering, design, marketing, and AI-related services as agreed upon in individual project contracts or service agreements. The scope of work for each engagement is defined at the outset and any changes to that scope must be agreed upon by both parties in writing.
We reserve the right to decline projects that conflict with our values or fall outside our areas of expertise.
Client responsibilities
To deliver work at the standard we hold ourselves to, we require timely cooperation from our clients. This includes providing necessary materials, feedback, and approvals within agreed timeframes.
Delays caused by late responses or incomplete information may affect project timelines. Bytes Inc. will not be held responsible for missed deadlines resulting from a lack of client input.
Intellectual property
Upon receipt of full payment, all custom work produced by Bytes Inc. for a client becomes the property of that client. This includes design assets, code, and written content developed specifically for their project.
Bytes Inc. retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to project completion.
Payment terms
Payment schedules are outlined in individual project agreements. Generally, a deposit is required before work begins, with remaining payments tied to project milestones or completion.
Late payments may result in work being paused until outstanding balances are settled. Bytes Inc. reserves the right to apply a late fee on invoices unpaid beyond the agreed due date.
Limitation of liability
Bytes Inc. will always work to the highest standard and stand behind the quality of our output. However, we cannot be held liable for indirect losses, loss of revenue, or damages arising from the use or inability to use our deliverables beyond what is outlined in the project agreement.
Our total liability in any situation will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
