Overview
Azeem & Sons Elegant Panels needs to sell, track stock and keep its accounts straight every day. We built a POS software that runs all three in one system.
Sales.
Cash and credit sales are entered on one invoice screen. Choose the party and the account, pick the products, and the totals, discount and remaining balance are worked out as you go. Sale returns are handled in the same system.
Stock.
Products are registered once, with their purchase and retail prices. Purchases, losses and recoveries update the stock, and a stock report shows where inventory stands.
Parties and accounts.
Customers and suppliers are kept as parties, and each has a ledger. Cash payment and receipt vouchers and a cash book record the money moving in and out, so balances can be checked at any time.
Control.
Roles and permissions decide who can sell, who can see reports and who can change prices, and the system can run more than one company.

Azeem & Sons Elegant Panels now runs sales, stock and accounts from a single POS system built around its own process.
